Please note. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
1. Key pickups almost always must happen in person at our office. You will need to have your security deposit and rent fully paid or bring a cashiers check/money order. No cash or personal checks will be accepted. ALL FUTURE RENTS will be paid via mail to PO Box 1136 OR via your portal.
2. Key Drop offs can occur at anytime via the dropbox at the front door of 2004 N Dr MLK Jr Drive.
3. Other appointments must be scheduled and will only be accommodated if communication via phone/email has failed and requires escalation.
